Enthuse Solutions is a trading name of Enthuse Transformations Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We provide advisory services to help organisations adopt Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) and cloud-native engineering practices. This policy explains how we collect and handle personal data through our website and tools, including our IDP Readiness Scorecard.

When you use our IDP Readiness Scorecard or contact us, we may collect your name, work email address, organisation name, job role, industry sector, company size, and your responses to assessment questions. We do not collect payment information or sensitive personal data.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to generate your personalised scorecard report, send your assessment summary, and offer a consultation call. Aggregated anonymised data may be used to benchmark results across industries. With your consent, we may contact you about relevant services. We will never sell your data to third parties.

Your data is stored securely using Google Workspace, operated by Google LLC under UK GDPR-compliant data processing terms. Access is limited to authorised personnel at Enthuse Solutions.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain personal data for up to 24 months. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised unless we have an ongoing relationship with you or you have consented to longer retention.
